My parents recommended this Uyghur restaurant and when me and my friend were in the area, we knew we had to try it! Since my relatives in China used to live in Xinjiang, Uyghur cuisine is one of my favorites! Me and my friend shared the Pearl Noodles, and it was delicious! I love how the noodles come with meat and vegetables so you're getting all the nutrients you need, and it was a perfect portion size to share. It was a little more sour than the other Pearl Noodles I've had at other spots, but still solid! The service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. I am excited to try the other dishes the next time I'm in the area!

No wait on Memorial Day dinner. Lots of indoor seating available. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Food came out quickly. Employees were very friendly! Unfortunately, they were out of the liang pi. We shared the sour spicy pork noodle soup and chili-oil noodles. I thought both were pretty good. I really liked the meat for both. Enjoyed the chewy consistency of the noodles. I feel like the prices were fairly reasonably given that the bowls were pretty filling.

We were seated right away for 2 people on Saturday evening. We got the big plate with beef, chili oil noodles, and black bean noodles. They were unfortunately out of the Chinese hamburger, which I want to try next time. Our favorite was the chili oil noodles. The staff were really nice and attentive!

Very unassuming and low-key, OK Noodle is one of those spots that delivers on some good eats. The service was very friendly and quick (not a crowded night). The Chili Oil Noodles were great and the noodles were thick and chewy. The Spicy Fish Noodle Soup was also really good. The noodles here are definitely the stand-out. They have many other dishes too with other types of noodles too. This place isn't going to win any awards for ambiance/aesthetics but that's not a bad thing. Simple, straightforward, and to the point food is sometimes all you need and OK Noodle does that in spades.

Amazing hand-pulled noodles. Ordered the chili-oil, wide noodles. Delicious. Authentic noodle house. Would definitely return.

HAND PULLED NOODLES! Tried this place for lunch and so glad I did. I got the chili oil noodles with beef. So nasty and, for me, not overly spicy but a nice kick. The beef was very flavorful and tender. It was a good deal at $16.99 & I took half home. The staff was very friendly and our food came out fast. It's in a strip mall on McCarthy across the street from Walmart.

The noodles were divine!!!!! I really recommend the chili oil with flat noodles! It was chewy, yet not too tough. The noodles had a bouncy like texture. Additionally, the sauce of the fish was not too salty or spicy! Everything was very well balanced and filling. We also had cold noodles which was great on a hot day. This was actually my favorite dish, which I didn't expect since it wasn't the main dishes, but the sauce of the dish was sour yet sweet. It had a nice spice to it as well, and the noodles were also chewy. The cucumber on top added a nice crunch!!! Would recommend. Lastly , I had the beef noodle soup. This was ok! I noticed a lot of places around the Bay Area serve somewhat of the same beef noodle soup flavoring... Service was very attentive. The waiter followed with us early and answered our questions. Definitely friendly! :-) It was a slow day when I came but the place was pretty spacious. It also looked like someone celebrated their birthday with balloons hanging there! Overall would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

I almost want to gate keep this place to keep the wait time low but this place is seriously one of my all time favorite spots in the bay for some noodles! I come here so much the owner knows exactly what I want each time. The service here is 10/10 for me, so sweet and always checking up on us for water and anything we might need. Their chili noodles here are to die for!! So freaking flavorful, the noodles are the perfect bouncy texture. I love that if you want to peek into the kitchen, you can sometimes see them hand pulling the noodles! I get these noodles at least 2-3 times a month! The big plate beef is also delicious, it has a more tomato-y based broth. The beef that comes with this is sooo tender and delicious. It's tucked away in one of the many plazas at McCarthy ranch so there's always plenty of parking which is great. This restaurant has become a staple for me and my friends and I love it so much!

My friend and I came on a weekday night and had no problems getting seated right away. We ended up deciding on the beef noodle soup and the chili oil noodles as they seemed to be the most popular options. I would consider myself a big beef noodle fan. Unfortunately, I did feel like the broth was missing some depth compared to others that I had before. It was a slight disappointment as I usually like the broth more than the meat or noodles in this dish. We felt like we had to use chili oil to lift up the broth. However, the noodles tasted fresh had a nice chew to it (almost like a chewier udon noodle), and the meat was perfectly tender (not chewy at all which was a surprise since I feel like most places tend to make the meat chewier). The chili oil noodles were surprisingly my favorite. I'm not usually a fan of Sichuan spice, but this one had a lot of flavor, and the numbing spice was well-balanced. Adding a bit of black vinegar was the perfect addition to help cut through the oil. I would definitely recommend getting this dish over the beef noodle soup if you're torn.

I love noodles! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I can't believe I just recently discovered OK Noodle. What a hidden gem! It has some of the best hand-pulled noodles I have ever tasted. I couldn't believe how delicious they were! If you're a fellow noodle lover, you have to check this place out! FOOD: - Chili-Oil Noodles (5/5): Literally SO good! The pork and chili oil have so much flavor to it, and I personally love that there isn't a numbing aftertaste. I substituted the usual noodles with flat wide noodles and I LOVED IT. The texture of the noodles was well-cooked, chewy, and perfect. My husband and I devoured the chili oil noodles. The flavor, in general, wasn't as spicy as I had anticipated - just the right amount of numbing flavor! The ground pork was nicely seasoned and salty. - Braised Beef Noodle Soup (3.5/5): The beef is tender and just falls apart. The meat was tender with some fatty pieces. Noodles were nice and chewy. However, there was something lacking in the flavor of the broth. SERVICE: OK Noodle gives me total mom-and-pop vibes. The service here is over the top friendly. They were super friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. It's family-owned, so the staff makes an effort to make sure you're doing okay and enjoying the meal. The service is also pretty quick. AMBIANCE: The restaurant's interior is clean and well-maintained. It is thoughtfully decorated. They have an outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas available as well. OVERALL: I highly recommend OK Noodle. The Chili-Oil Noodle is literally to die for! My husband and I enjoyed it here so much and will be back to try their Hot and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup next!
